Refund Eligibility by Stage
Full Refund Available
If you cancel your order before we have commenced design work — meaning before we have started building your website — you are entitled to a full refund of your payment. We will process this within 5 business days of your cancellation request.

If you cancel after we have started design work but before the first draft website has been shared with you, a 50% refund will be issued. This reflects the time and resources invested in your brief, research, copywriting, and design preparation.

Once the first draft of your website has been shared with you for review — regardless of whether you have approved it — no refund is available. At this stage, the project is considered substantially performed. We will still work with you through the included revision round to ensure you are happy with the result.
Important: “First draft delivered” means the moment a preview link to your website has been sent to you. If you have any concerns, please raise them before approving the draft.
No Refund
Once your website has been launched and is live on your domain, no refunds are available under any circumstances. Your 30 days of post-launch support begins from this point.

Your package includes one round of revisions. If you are unhappy with the first draft, please submit your feedback clearly and we will revise the design accordingly. We genuinely want you to love your website.
If after the revision round you still feel the result does not meet what was agreed in your brief, please contact us directly. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer additional revisions at no charge if the issue is on our end.
However, a refund cannot be issued once the first draft has been delivered, as significant time and skill has been invested in your project at that point.
If we fail to deliver your first draft within 5 business days through no fault of the client, you may request a refund and we will honour it regardless of project stage. Delays caused by incomplete briefs, slow client responses, or requested scope changes do not qualify.
To request a refund, email us with your name, business name, and the reason for your cancellation. We will respond within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and process the refund within 5 business days.
Yes. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If our services are found to be not fit for purpose, not as described, or fail to meet acceptable quality standards, you may be entitled to a remedy under ACL regardless of the stage of the project.
